The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the record, it is reasonable for the court below to determine that the defendant was acquitted on the ground that the defendant was committed in accordance with the criminal facts of the judgment already finalized and the criminal intent of a single and continuous criminal offense with respect to the facts charged in this case, based on its reasoning.
In doing so, there was no error by misapprehending the legal principles on the blanket crime.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
