Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and for six months, respectively.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Around the first half of December 201, the Defendant purchased 400,000 won in X-si from G along with F (Defendant 200,000 won, KRW 200,000,000) in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In addition, the Defendant purchased x-si 40,000 won in X-si (Defendant 200,000 won, and KRW 200,000).
(2) On December 23, 201, 201, the Defendant, at the early 23:00, administered the “H club in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government” in a way that the Defendant saw one of the X posters purchased with F along with water.
(3) On January 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won (Defendant 100,000 won, B10,000 won) from G in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Station, and from G, 20,000 won (Defendant 100,000 won).
(4) At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered each of the above-mentioned X-type drugs with water at the Gangnam-gu Seoul International Telecom, and with B.
B. Around January 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won (Defendant 10,000 won, B, and 100,000 won) from J in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, as well as from G, 200,00 won of marijuana.
(2) At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant taken marijuana in Gangnam-gu Seoul, by inserting one half of its purchased marijuana together with B, and melting it.
(3) On April 22, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant taken food marijuana in the same manner as half of the hemp ground in the Defendant’s dwelling at Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Apartment 106 Dong 2204, and in the same manner.
(4) On April 2012, the Defendant taken marijuana in the same manner as a majority of the hemp plants in the Defendant’s residence at around 23:00, on April 2012.
2. Defendant B
A. From around 20:00 on January 2, 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won, X-si from G (Defendant 100,000 won, and KRW A1,000,00) of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (hereinafter the same shall apply), along with G, around the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Station.
