A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On December 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Suwon District Court on December 12, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant of "2018 Highest 3748" is the chief director of the Cvalescent Corporation, an incorporated association, who employs 30 full-time workers and has engaged in public health business.

1. The Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 1,741,287 of D’s wages of 870,967 of July 18, 2017 and annual allowances of KRW 870,320 of the D’s working hours from June 18, 2014 to July 15, 2017 at the above workplace, and did not pay KRW 31,274,02 of the total of 20 retired workers’ wages, as shown in attached Table 1 of the List of Crimes, within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

2. The Defendant did not pay KRW 5,452,626 of D retirement pay, which was worked in the foregoing workplace from June 18, 2014 to July 15, 2017, and did not pay KRW 60,04,724 in total, 17 retirement allowances of 17 retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the due date between the parties concerned, as shown in attached Table 1 of the Crimes List.

The Defendant is an employer who has engaged in medical business as the representative of the Seoul Northern-gu E building, the F Association, the Gwangju-gu Medical Association, the 4th floor, and the G Council members of the G Council.

The Defendant did not pay KRW 2,953,33 of H’s wage, which was worked from March 21, 2017 to September 28, 2017 at the same place of business, and did not pay KRW 45,953,93,937 of the total wages of 12 retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement, as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 7260" is the chief director of the Cvalescent Corporation, an incorporated association, which is located in the I in the Gitsung City, who has operated a convalescent hospital with 30 full-time workers.

The Defendant, at the foregoing workplace, retired from office from July 1, 2014 to June 5, 2017.
