A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 11, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of one million won for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) at the Sungnam support center, which is a person who has been under the same record as the same crime around July 16, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol in violation of Article 44(1).
