Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of 2 million won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice.

1. On September 30, 2015, Defendant A, without a doctor’s license, conducted anesthesia surgery on an employment of KRW 50 to 700,000 per month from “F” operated by 813 E of the Gyeonggi-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D Building D, and found out the relevant place, on the part of the surgery, he/she collected snowbrow, a child, a he/she-in, a he/she-in-law, and a part on the part of the surgery with a national anesthesia anesthesia cream and a double anesthesia d45, and then, he/she received a total sum of KRW 152,00,00,000 from the time when he/she carried on a door-to-door surgery by means of inserting the upper part and inserting the body, and received a total of KRW 152,00,000,000 from August 29, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant provided medical treatment even though he is not a medical person.

2. On December 1, 2015, Defendant B, without a doctor’s license, she was employed from “F” operated by 813 E (F) of the Gyeonggi-gu Seoul Metropolitan City D Building No. 813 to KRW 700,000 per month and found out the place from the surgery to the surgery operator, she was anesthesiad with eyebrow, a child, a herogate, a herogate, and a fluoral anesthesia 5 on the part of the injection, and then, without a doctor’s license, she received a total sum of 148,00,000,000,000,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 1,000 won and 1,000 won and 2,00 won and 30,000 won and 2,00 won and 30,000 won and 2,00 won, as shown in Appendix II from the day of crime.

Accordingly, the defendant was not a medical person even though he was not a medical person.

3. Defendant C, without a doctor’s license, is employed by Defendant C on May 13, 2016 from “F” operated by G building 702 E in the area of G building in the Sung-nam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, G building, to receive KRW 50 to 700,000 per month.
