1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 110,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 20, the defendant agreed to pay 110,000,000 won to the plaintiff on February 10, 2009 and the Seoul Western District Court 2009Gahap1851 and the Seoul Western District Court 2009Gahap181. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the above amount to the plaintiff according to the agreement.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 110,000,000 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the day of full payment, as the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
