On March 6, 2014, at around 02:45, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim at a large number of occasions, stating that the victim C reported the Defendant to 112 at a bank box and a bank box located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam Police Station located in 14:25, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, 2014, approximately three police officers, on the ground that C reported the Defendant to 112.
