1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff as a party is an owner who has been awarded a successful bid of 1,901 square meters prior to C in Namyang-si in 1997 and completed the registration of ownership transfer, and is residing therein.

On September 18, 2006, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the B ditch, 8,706 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant land”).

The defendant Nam-si designated the defendant's land as a small river and established the comprehensive plan for maintenance of small rivers.

B. Location and shape 1) Of the Defendant’s land, the part on the ship (a) connected in order to each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 32, 33, 33, and 161 square meters of the attached drawing among the Defendant’s land shall be installed on the road and bridge (see attached Form 13.5m wide, 6.5m wide, 4m wide, 15m wide, 34m long, 16m long, 16m long, 16m of the road and bridge (see attached Table 13.5m wide, 4m.5m.).

2) The Defendant’s land is a small river in the form of “T”.

Plaintiff

Land is adjacent to the north of the defendant's land.

Roads adjoining south in the same direction as the defendant's land.

The road site (D road 823 square meters and E 159 square meters) is owned by the Defendant Republic of Korea.

The Plaintiff installed a stone shed at the boundary of the Plaintiff’s land and the Defendant’s land adjacent thereto.

Meanwhile, in the Plaintiff’s land, the Plaintiff installed a bridge to connect the road (D) owned by the Defendant Republic of Korea (attached Form 1 drawings), which is located in the Plaintiff’s land, (2.5m in width, and 8.5m in length).

The location and shape of the above land shall be indicated in attached Form 3.

C. Defendant Namyang-si was designated as a small river (the name of river: H) the waterway from G land to B in the Nam-si in the Namyang-si in 197 to the F public notice of Nam-si in the Namyang-si in the Namyang-si in 1997.

Defendant Southern-si shall be in 1999.
