A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle in compliance with the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents);

At around 19:50 on January 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, leading two lanes to the Jinsan-dong village from the side of the grown-si, Changwon-si, Jinsan-si, with two lanes.

2.
