Reasons
Punishment of the crime
“F” means sending false character information to the search system of the portal site by automatically visiting the site through multiple IPs through the process of creating IP addresses, er-agles, and deletions, when the address of a specific key and the site is entered as a search ranking manipulation program.
The order of search is a program to increase the search ranking, and "G" is a manipulation program that intentionally exposes the target site to the Internet-based illegal traffic detection system by allowing access to the same IP number on the target site.
1. Defendant A paid KRW 880,00 to I who is the said F seller for the purpose of advertising “H”, etc., and purchased the said F program from around April 30, 2016.
