A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 16, 2004, the Defendant married with the Victim C (V, 36 years of age) on and around May 18, 2016, and was married to a marriage, at the Gwangju Family Court around May 18, 2016, the Defendant was married to a marriage, and the victim was given the Defendant a child support of KRW 40,000 per month.

1. Crimes committed on February 2, 2016;

A. At around 05:00 on February 2, 2016, the injured Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the grounds that the victim was out of the ward at the Defendant’s house (No. 102 Dong-gu D apartment 603, Gwangjubuk-gu, 102, 603), and was 10 times the part of the victim’s head by drinking the victim’s head by her hand, and was 10 times the part of the victim’s head by drinking the victim’s head by her hand. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by carrying a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing.

2. Crimes committed on August 12, 2016;

A. A. Around 15:00 on August 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) viewed that the victim performed a house in lieu of paying the child support at the above place; (b) was under the influence of alcohol to the effect that “I wish to see it, I will see it; (c)”; and (d) while having a dispute, the victim refused it; (d) the victim refused it; and (e) when the camping net, which is a dangerous object, was 10 times more than bucks and buckbucks, the victim suffered injury, such as the victim’s shoulder and buckbucks, which require treatment for about six weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and inflicted an injury on the victim.
