Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A A is an employee who, from November 2015 to February 24, 2016, was accommodated in the H H H operation place located in the Gu and worked for an unspecified number of customers to find a business place during night hours to guide the women of sexual traffic. Defendant B is a person who, from February 15, 2016 to February 24, 2016, engaged in sexual traffic at the terminal operation place, from the end of December 2015 to the end of February 24, 2016, Defendant C is an employee of the said establishment from the end of February 15, 2015 to the end of February 24, 2016.

1. 피고인 A, 피고인 C 피고인들은 각 위 기간 동안 위 H 안마시술소에서 G의 지시를 따라 위 업소를 찾아오는 불특정 다수의 남자 손님들에게 ‘서비스 요금은 17만원, A코스와 B코스가 있는데 모두 연애(성관계)를 하고, B코스는 투샷(두번 사정하는 것)이다’고 설명한 후 하루 평균 2~5회에 걸쳐 위 건물 3층에서 여성종업원인 B, I로 하여금 위 손님들과 성관계를 가지게 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with G et al. to arrange sexual traffic.

2. From February 15, 2016 to February 24, 2016, Defendant B carried out sexual traffic against male and female descendants of an average of 4-5 persons per day on the condition that they receive 80,000 won per customer in the above massage practice room from around 101 to around 24, 2016.
