Criminal facts

1. On June 2013, the Defendant concluded that the victim C’s vinyl C, which was located in the Manyang-si B, was willing to subscribe to storm and flood insurance with respect to 11 greenhouses of the victim, who was located in Category D, B, and E, at the victim’s vinyl C, which was located in the Manyang-si B.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the insurance premium normally after concluding the insurance contract even if the insurance premium is paid by the victim because other customers who did not pay the insurance premium at the time have to pay approximately KRW 70 million.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 2.50,000 from the victim’s account at around that time, and obtained the insurance premium of KRW 3.39,00 in total six times from August 7, 2014, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. The Defendant is a person who, from April 29, 2014 to January 30, 2015, worked as an insurance solicitor at LIG damage insurance smuggling and the same part of the fire and marine insurance smuggling located in smuggling.
