The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff was engaged in snick-line farming with the trade name called “F” (hereinafter “F”) on the land, land, land, and E in the Nam Young-gun, Jeon Young-gun, Jeon Young-gun, and Jeon (hereinafter “instant aquaculture”).

Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company engaged in civil engineering and construction business.

Defendant Jeonnam-do implemented the “G Corporation” in the vicinity of the instant aquaculture (hereinafter “instant construction”). The period of the instant construction is from December 15, 2015 to November 17, 2020.

The shortest distance between the instant construction site and the snick snick snick snicking type in the instant cultivation is about 100 meters.

E. Defendant Jeonnam-do contracted part of the instant construction to the Defendant Company, and the Defendant Company used equipment, such as Brers and dump trucks, to carry out the instant construction.

G. The Defendants: (a) requested I, a professor affiliated with the Korea Fisheries Research Institute of H University, to measure the impact of noise and vibration generated in the instant construction on the instant aquaculture.

H. On February 1, 2017, the Plaintiff submitted to Defendant Jeonnam-do a copy of the statement that “as noise generated from the instant construction affects the growth of snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick s

I. On February 9, 2017, Defendant Jeonnam-do requested the Plaintiff to conduct a survey of noise and vibration generated from the instant construction work at H University, and the construction work will be suspended during the snicking period.
