Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant driven a B Ecoo motor vehicle at a distance of 10km from the front of the calendar station in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to the road 775-2, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, during the suspension period (from October 29, 2013 to November 7, 2013).
