Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Immigration Control Act, as a foreigner of Chinese nationality, entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit (C-3) around August 10, 2007, and was granted a permit by September 9, 2007, and thus, he/she may stay in the Republic of Korea only within the period of sojourn.

Nevertheless, around August 10, 2007, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport located in Incheon, without departing from the Republic of Korea from December 2, 2018, and stayed in the Republic of Korea beyond the scope of the period of sojourn.

2.
