Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol 0.182% on blood alcohol level, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car from the section of about 1km to the road near the Mandong Winter Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the same luminous 135 Mandong-ro and the same Manpppho Track-ro.
