A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

피고인은 2016. 7. 1. 15:25 경 서울 강서구 B 공사현장 C 컨테이너 사무실에서, 전국건설노동조합 서울 지부 D 인 피해자 E(61 세 )으로부터 밀린 임금을 지불하여 달라는 요구를 받고 실랑이를 하던 중 화가 나 소지하고 있던 위험한 물건인 우산 끝 뾰족 한 쇠 부분으로 피해자의 머리를 1회 내리찍어 피해자에게 약 2 주간의 치료를 요하는 머리 덮개의 열린 상처를 가하였다.
