Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2015, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) loaded 14 wooden lelebs in the front line of the store located in Gwangju Northern-gu, with a total of KRW 1680,000,000 in the market price of KRW 840,000,000; (b) cut off 28 wooden lebs in total at the market price of the victim’s possession, from that time until February 19, 2015, as described in the separate list of crimes, by the following method until February 02:30, 2015.
