1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 602,014,920 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 31, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. On January 21, 2019, when the Plaintiff paid KRW 600,00,00 to the Defendant for a considerable period of 10 million, the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 50,000 to the Defendant for an advance payment of KRW 20,000 from February 9, 2019 to KRW 20,000 per month, and paid KRW 50,000 per month to the Plaintiff for a period of 10,000,000, KRW 50,000 per month, and the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 50,000 per month to the Plaintiff for a period of 10,000,000, KRW 50,000 per month, and KRW 20,000 per month to the Plaintiff for a period of 50,000,000, KRW 9,000 per month, the Plaintiff did not receive the advance payment from KRW 208,000,000 per annum.
