Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 13,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B car;

On April 11, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.243% 0.243% while under the influence of alcohol around 23:35 on April 11, 2020, and proceeded one lane in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu apartment commercial building from the apartment side to the E-university.

A person who is engaged in driving of motor vehicles has a duty of care to safely proceed by accurately operating, steering, and brakes, all sides and sides of the motor vehicle.
