A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C (J) On May 30, 2013, the defendant is an actual business owner who operates the "F Game Center" located in Gangnam-si D and 2 (E) second floor(E). The defendant is a business president who lends the name of the above game room and exchanged, etc. in the Kabter, and G, H, I, and J (request for a summary order on August 29, 2013) is an employee who performs remaining work, such as money exchange heart, tobacco heart, etc.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, G, H, I, and J on March 29, 2013, from around May 16, 2013 to around May 16, 2013, the Defendant exchanged an item card obtained by using a monbly fishing game machine from the said “F game place” for exchange of KRW 9,000 per unit in the said game place, and obtained 6,400,000 during the said business period.
