1. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of eight thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 3995] Defendant B, along with Defendant C, is a business owner operating a business place of mutual similarity between “N” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M from November 201 to November 3, 2013. Defendant A is a person who worked as the head of the main office from April 2013 to July 2013.

1. The Defendant, along with Defendant C, operated the business place of similarity in the foregoing place from September 6, 2013 to November 201, 2013, and employed theO as the head of night office from September 6, 2013 to October 2013, and employed theO as the head of night office from September 6, 2013 to November 6, 2013 to receive 35,000 won as a chemical name from many unspecified male customers who find the said place, and had the said business place receive P and sexually influencing Q, etc., who are female employees of the said business place, do the act of similarity in a way that misleads the sexual intercourse of the said male customers by disregarding their sexual organ.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C, E, andO to arrange commercial sex acts.

2. From April 2013 to July 2013, Defendant A received 35,00 won as a chemical name from an unspecified number of male customers who worked as a main office at the said business establishment and found the place, and had the said business establishment conduct the similarity by allowing R, S, etc., who are female employees of the said business establishment, to see the sex of the said male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C and B to arrange commercial sex acts.

[2013 Highest 4602] Defendant C is a business owner operating a business establishment similar to “N” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from November 201 to November 3, 2013, along with his/her own shape B. Defendant D is a person who works for the main office in the said business from November 2012 to January 201, 2013, andO is a person who worked for the main office in the said business establishment from August 201 to November 201, 2013.

3. Defendant C along with Defendant B, at the same place from November 2012 to November 201, 2013.
