Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2016, around 06:20 on June 15, 2016, the Defendant sought to file a complaint with the Defendant by assaulting the victim C (69 years old) around December 2015, which was around 105, Namsan Park, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the victim C (69 years old).

Therefore, the victim took a cell phone of the defendant who intends to see himself/herself, and took a photograph, and laid down the victim's left arms in order to cut off his/her cell phone while taking a cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant committed assault against the victim.
