1. The punishment against the defendant A shall be ten months of imprisonment;

except that, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a company with the status of the Defendants, who actually operates AH Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AH”), AI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AI”), and AJ Co., Ltd., as part of the four major river projects from March 10, 201 to June 4, 2012. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs executes as part of the four major river projects. “AL ecological river construction work (hereinafter “AL ecological river construction work cost of 39.8 billion won; hereinafter “construction work”) which is ordered and constructed by AK in the form of a joint contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Ltd., and Defendant B is a company with the execution of construction work from April 201 to August 201 of the same year, from July 10 to July 4, 2011; Defendant C is a person with the construction site and construction site equipment construction work from July 201 to July 1, 2011 to July 201.
