The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car in B SP area.

On February 25, 2012, at around 21:05, under the influence of alcohol at 0.159%, the Defendant started from the front of the common golf club in the Jeonnamnam-gun, and driven a 500-meter distance from the front of the common golf club in the same military clubs to the upper end of the Seoul sports in the same military, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.159%.
