Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2012, at around 22:31, the Defendant driven a C rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.120% in a section of about 50 meters in front of the accumulated floor in the same Dong-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.
