1. The plaintiffs

A. Defendant C is a sports facility with a size of 801.52 square meters from the upper part of the real estate underground level listed in the attached list, and Defendant C is a defendant.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) The Plaintiffs are real estate listed in the separate sheet on May 26, 2016 (hereinafter “instant building”).

(2) On July 15, 2016, the Plaintiffs purchased each 1/2 co-ownership shares and owned the said real estate. (2) On July 15, 2016, the Plaintiffs concluded a lease agreement with Defendant C, setting the monthly rent of KRW 2 million (excluding value-added tax) and the lease term as from July 15, 2016 to July 15, 2021.

3) Defendant C entered into a sublease contract with Defendant D to the effect that the portion (A) on the part (a) of the attached map attached to the section (a) attached to the section (a) connected each point in sequence with Defendant D among the portion on the first floor above the real estate underground surface in the attached table, which is 1,2,3,4, and 1, and that the rent, etc. under the above lease agreement shall be paid by Defendant D. Accordingly, Defendant D pays the rent, etc. under the above lease agreement to the Plaintiff from around that time, and Defendant D operates car and electricity in the above section (a) from February 15, 2020 to June 15, 2020, the Defendants did not pay all the electricity charges from December 1, 2019 to April 2020.
