A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the rapes is acquitted against the Defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 2009, the Defendant was aware of the victim D (the age of 47) who was employed as an insurance solicitor as a member of the early axis conference to which the Defendant belongs and had been employed as an insurance solicitor. After entering into an automobile insurance contract with the victim, the Defendant was in a crisis for each spouse to be dismissed from an inhumanity relationship, and the Defendant was demanded to adjust the inhumanity relationship from the victim.

At around 19:00 on July 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) heard horses from the victim in the stairs of the Yacheon University in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, about 1-5; and (b) assaulted the victim’s neck on two occasions with his/her hand; and (c) assaulted him/her on two occasions.

B. Around 10:00 on August 8, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the street before the F store in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, by receiving a claim from the victim about the contents of the Kakakao Stockholm dialogue that the Defendant sent from the victim on the day before, and by hand, cutting the victim’s bucket with her scam and pusheds over the floor.

C. On November 2, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim at his hand at the time of the victim’s booming that the Defendant would be aware of his sexual intercourse within the Genz car parked in the parking lot of the G Gtts Park Park in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and that the Defendant would be aware of text messages, etc. from the victim’s husband and the company.

On November 29, 2012, at around 22:17, the Defendant assaulted the victim by being informed of the victim’s her husband of his her her son from the middle stairs in the campus of Anncheon Power Station located in Dongdaemun University, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, 1-5.

E. At around 19:00 on January 7, 2013, the Defendant heard the horses that he would not contact the victim on the side of the Hanyang University located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Seongdong-gu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, that he would not contact with the victim, and assault the victim at the time of her spawna and ear.
