The public offering of Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant D, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Q issued false credit sales bonds as if they had no actual commercial transaction or transaction with other companies controlled by them, or issued false credit sales bonds as if they had no actual commercial transaction, or provided false credit sales bonds to affected banks by providing them with false credit sales bonds as collateral, and the company that purchased goods or services from the selling company issues credit sales bonds to the selling company instead of paying the purchase price in cash or in bills, and the selling company receives a loan from the bank as collateral.
