1. The defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall dismiss the counterclaim of the defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), B.

2.With respect to the F. F. F. land for a factory at Jeju, 2,173 square meters:

1. Determination on the Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B on the principal lawsuit

A. Basic facts 1) On November 17, 2006, the Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., shall be deemed as “instant land” 2,173 square meters of land for a factory in Jeju Island (hereinafter “instant land”).

(A) the building listed in Section 1 of the Annexed Building List (hereinafter referred to as the “instant B-dong building”).

3) As to the right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant right to collateral security”)

(2) G concluded a contract and completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the same day, and completed the registration of establishment of a mortgage on the instant land under its own name on November 28, 2005 after obtaining a construction permit on the instant land from Sep. 22, 2005 and obtaining approval for use on May 28, 2007. The registration of establishment of ownership was completed on June 25, 2007.

3) G on January 10, 2008, at a point of eight meters south from the building of this case, G is a building listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table of Building (hereinafter “instant multi-Dong building”).

(2) On January 15, 2008, the building was commenced on January 15, 2008 and approved for use on February 12, 2008, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed on August 13, 2009. The building ledger of the instant multi-unit building is recorded as “extension” in the building ledger of the instant multi-unit building. The building of the instant multi-unit building and the instant multi-unit building extended the instant multi-unit building to eight meters space between the instant multi-unit building and the instant multi-unit building, and the building listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table

(4) As to the instant multi-dong building, the instant building and the instant unregistered building are accurately divided into walls and doors.) On August 13, 2009, G: (a) on August 12, 2009, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for trade reasons; and (b) on August 31, 2012, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for trade reasons to Defendant D Co., Ltd. on August 30, 2012; and (c) on May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff received a decision of sale during the public sale procedure of the instant multi-dong building and paid all sales proceeds on the same day.
