1. Around 03:30 on November 14, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) called the call taxi office where the victim D in Jinju-si works as a telephone guide; and (b) called the victim to change the number of the taxi using the call taxi; (c) the victim refused to request the change; (d) the victim took a bath to the victim; and (e) the victim continued to take a call at the above office for about one hour after the victim stopped the victim from receiving the call of the customers who want to use the call taxi; and (e) obstructed the victim’s customer call call and call taxi service by force.

2. Around 04:30 on November 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) when the said victim D (the age of 43) was in the said call taxi office, the said victim was not properly subject to his/her own telephone; (b) the said office’s staff members opened an entrance and intruded into the office; (c) the victim discovered the victim; and (d) the victim s/he s/ she talks with each other; and (e) while the victim was in dispute, he/she continued to go beyond the pushed floor by continuously moving the victim into the pushed floor, thereby damaging the right shoulder part for about 14 days to the right shoulder part for which medical treatment is required; and (e) the victim’s street d/ (the age of 43) was collected on his/her computer, and damaged the windows of the market glass in which the victim was under his/her control.

On May 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a E car on the Jinyang-dong, Jinyang-dong, Jinyang-dong on May 4, 2014; (b) when a minor contact with the city bus when the victim F (50 years of age) was caused, the Defendant saw the victim into the city bus; (c) booming the victim’s breath; (d) booming the breath’s breath; (d) breath’s breath’s breath’s breath; and (e) breath’s breath’s breath’s breath’s son.
