A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] On December 10, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) in the support of Suwon Frigwon, and on May 4, 2012, a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for the same crime was issued from the Suwon District Court's horizontal Housing Site to the same crime.

[2] On February 5, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven B-low-water vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.132% from the 1km section to the 341st road of the same Eup/Myeon, from the original road in the Republic of Korea to the front road of the 341 detailed Eup/Myeon.
