Punishment of the crime

The defendant was called as a social service personnel, and from November 2013, the defendant served as a social service personnel belonging to the Busan Northern-gu Office C in Busan Northern-gu.

From April 14, 2014 to April 11, 2014, the Defendant left his/her service for a total period of at least eight days due to the Defendant’s failure to work in the above C for eight days, including eight (8) days, from May 1, 2014, May 1, 2014, May 1, 2014, May 14, 2014, and June 11, 2014.
