Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around August 27, 2014, the Defendant stolen the gap of security personnel C, who manage the above store in the scambling Seoul Central District Food Corner in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, by inserting it in a vinyl bag which prepared in advance the total amount of KRW 4,350, and KRW 52,450, and the total amount of 11,00,000,000,000,000 won.
