1. The defendant shall pay 36,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 25, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. On October 21, 201, the Plaintiff leased (1015) No. 1015 of the YY C building 10,000,000 from the Defendant, for a period of 36 million won and 24 months from October 30, 2011, and paid KRW 36 million as the lease deposit.

Since then, the Plaintiff demanded the return of the lease deposit to the Defendant on the expiration of the lease term, and the Defendant promised the Plaintiff on April 30, 2014 to refund the lease deposit by September 2, 2014, and provided a letter of commitment, but it still did not refund the lease deposit.
