Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “D” restaurant located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and E is a man-made construction business operator.

1. On December 9, 2012, E forged Private Document: “A” written out and printed out “H’s seal attached to the name of the said H by means of a computer, namely, the name of the construction, the extension of the F Intronomy and parking lot, the construction amount/day-day KRW 150,000 (Won 150,000,00), three parcels outside the G, the construction place/person Jung-gu, and three parcels outside the G, the construction place/person Jung-gu, and H, and the said guarantor: A and B: E; and the Defendant affixed H’s seal attached to the name of the said H.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, forged one copy of the interior work contract in the name of H, a private document related to rights and obligations without authority (hereinafter “the interior work contract of this case”).

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;
