A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B(the age of 67) and the punishment relationship.

On April 21, 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant, at the residence of the mother-friendly net D, of the Defendant in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, around 2016, inflicted injury on the victim's face by taking about about 10 weeks when the victim's face was taken as a drinking once as a problem of division of property with the victim.
