Defendant

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, who opened a gambling place on November 12, 2015, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for six months in prison due to the opening of gambling at the Seoul Central District Court on November 12, 2015. Defendant A is a person who works in the restaurant operated by the branch as a manager of business. Defendant B is a person who operates the “J main store” with K (former summary on the same day) on the first floor of Songpa-gu I.
After the Defendants recruited a door room and with the intention to open a Lcar gambling at the above J point, Defendant A prepared gambling chips and cards, etc. to manage the overall operation of the gambling hall, including the preparation of gambling chips and card, and the employment of door L (former summary on the same day) as gambling place, Defendant B provided the above main points as gambling place, and Defendant B provided the door bank N (former summary on the same day) through Dong-in M (former summary on the same day) and provided the vehicle to use it as the atmosphere of the door bank.
