A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 2191"

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in the operation of 124CC with no number.
