On July 12, 2018, at around 22:44, the Defendant driven a 5 km DSS3 car from the Do near the luminous Lighting Distance, which was under the influence of alcohol by 0.214%, to the front of the C Elementary School located in Silung City B at Silung-si, the Defendant driven a 5 km DM3 car.
