1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 115,675,789 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 30, 2016 to August 12, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. The holder of the right of publication contract between the Plaintiff and D: D works: A (Plaintiff). All works related to law school (including ZIP, and other rares and hybrids; hereinafter the same shall apply), judicial examinations and all other works related to patent attorney examinations (the establishment of the right of publication) are granted to the Plaintiff the right of publication of the works indicated above, and the Plaintiff has exclusive right to reproduction and distribution of the works.

Article 5 (Lease and Equity Interest) (1) The Plaintiff shall borrow 20 million won from D and shall repay in installments each month from January 2013 to one million won.
