A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was a person working as a D culture and tourism interpreter, and the fact was not a fact that the victim E had conducted a genetic test to clarify who is the victim E’s friendship.

A. On May 2016, at a culture and tourism master office located in the North F of North Korea, the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “a gene test was conducted to clarify the omissions of children in E” to G, a workplace partner, and impairing the victim’s reputation;

B. Around July 2016, the victim’s reputation was damaged by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “in order to verify who is missing when a person has an infant in E in a boat, he/she has conducted a gene test” to B operating the bus within the e-mail high-speed tourist bus in operation from the former North H to the former North I.

2. Around July 2016, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “The Defendant did not have conducted a genetic test to disclose the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.”
