A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment and two months of imprisonment at the Changwon District of Busan High Court for special robbery, fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 24, 2017.

Since the criminal facts of the defendant, which are the grounds for aggravation of repeated crime, are not criminal facts but merely the grounds for sentencing, it may be tried and judged even if it is not stated in the indictment.

Pursuant to the above criminal action plan, a person who was killed in name (the "Shocheon-gu, first name (the "B") shall be accompanied by a person killed in name (the "C"), and around September 2018, the "Shocheon-gu area for China's Risk Economic Development" shall be leased an office in the "Seocheon-gu area for China's Cheongcheon-gu," and around January 2019, the "Shocheon-gu area for China's Cheongcheon-gu," and each call center shall be placed in the vicinity of each call center, such as the "D apartment" and "E apartment" at the time of committing a crime in the "Seocheon-gu area for Chinese Risk Economic Development".
