Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the captain of a coastal mixed-sea fishing vessel C (6.34 tons) with the responsibility for the operation of the above fishing vessel and the safety management of the crew.
