A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three months for embezzlement by the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment was finalized on January 6, 2016.

On June 19, 2017, the Defendant posted the victim D on the Internet “Scand Highest Country” camera at Fluxa on June 19, 2017.

The Canadian reported and contacted the writing to the effect that “I wish to have a lodging,” and the victim “Is the Philippines.”

A false statement was made to the effect that a car “the deposit of KRW 260,000,000,000,000,000,000.”

However, the defendant did not have any particular income and received money from the injured party due to living expenses, etc., so even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to make up for the right to accommodation according to the promise.

Nevertheless, on June 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 2.60,000 from the Defendant’s mother’s account to the Nonghyup account; (c) and (d) received the total amount of KRW 6,372,00 on 18 occasions from July 27, 2017 as indicated in the attached crime list; and (b) acquired it by deception.
