Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court on August 4, 2006 and a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on November 24, 2006.

On October 6, 2015, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% among blood transfusion around 04:50, the Defendant driven a B-car at the entrance of Busan-gu, Busan-dong, the Gag-dong, the Gag-dong, at a distance of about 2 km from the road front of the international white apartment at the same time.
