Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a 'C Singing practice hall' in the underground floor of the Seoul Jung-gu building B in Seoul.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, at around 19:00 on October 14, 2017, the Defendant violated the obligation of the proprietor of the singing practice room by selling three cans to four female customers for KRW 9,000, and selling three cans to four female customers.
