A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
1,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On December 10, 2010, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.7g of 10,000 from E to Kwikset services (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), via Kwiksetset services.
2. On December 20, 2010, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 ghon from E to 800,000,000 won in front of the above D’s sentiments.
3. From July 2015 to August 201 of the same year, the Defendant received and delivered G 0.05 g opon from G’s house located in G in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si without compensation.
4. From July 2015 to August 201 of the same year, the Defendant administered a philophone 0.05g g, which was received from G, in the first street located in Hasung-si, G, as above, in a way of sending it to coffee.
5. On April 2016, the Defendant received delivery of 0.03 g of the penphone from the above G at the office of mutually infinite real estate located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sinwon-si, Suwon-si.
6. On April 2016, the Defendant administered 0.03g of philophones received from G to coffee at the Defendant’s house located in Annive City, Annive City, Annive City, Annive City, P.M. on the first half of April 2016.
