B. Defendant B: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3)(i)2 of the Civil Procedure Act; Defendant B asserted a qualified acceptance as to the Plaintiff’s claim in the written reply dated June 5, 2014; thereafter, the Plaintiff accepted the above claim of Defendant B as it is and reduced the purport of the claim as described in the Disposition No. 1-B(2) as of August 20, 2014).
